At pure soul loading, we enjoy music and have found that simply listening to some calming sounds can make all the difference. After a long day or when our minds are spinning, listening to some gentle rain drops or maybe even a short story can help us relax, ground ourselves and maybe we even crack that occasional laugh in between, whatever it is, it makes us feel better and we would like to share that with you.
