Who are we?

Pure Soul Loading is a wellness community formulated by people who like you are going through life and are experiencing the challenges of this thing called “life’s journeys”. Through the process we learned that adding some additional routines, experiences, foods or even a support systems can make all the difference. It helped us improve our mental health and overall well-being and we would like to both share with and learn from you. We, just like you, are pure souls loading…

Come share with us, let us know what worked for you. What made you feel better, happier, calmer. What helped you stop overthinking. Share your experiences, your tips and your tricks. We are open to learning and in some cases unlearning some things.

How the community works

We have a range of topics that we will explore weekly. These topics are centred around holistic wellness.

This means that we will share with you recipes, wellness discussions, mental health tips and or tricks that we have used or discovered in our journeys of achieving overall wellbeing. These are focussed on tackling mental health challenges that affect our abilities to feel good and function well. We, like you are learning as we navigate through life, we are sharing based on life’s experiences and public information. We are open to learning with you and welcome your contributions.

This is not a substitute for therapy. It’s a platform where people can come together, share, learn and grow. We would like to form a community where we can be free to be ourselves and we can share our lives journey’s. We are all unique and that uniqueness may resonate with another community member and help them in their journey. We want you to feel heard and understood.
